Delete your account
An account is optional in Deepwork. If you created one, you can delete it and all of its cloud data at any time.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Deepwork and go to Settings › Backup and sync.
- Tap Delete account and cloud data. You can export your data first.
- Confirm. For your security you may be asked to sign in again.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email gameshape2@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Deepwork account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account (email address, account ID and sign-in details).
- All cloud data stored under it: activities, targets, tracked targets, sessions and settings.
What is kept
- Data on your phone stays until you uninstall Deepwork or clear its data.
- Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase, under Google's policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
We keep no copy of deleted account data.
